I make every effort required to ensure all gathering and processing is consensual, transparent, and minimal. I only collect the data I need, and I only keep that for as long as is legally required, which is usually but not always, 7 years. You have the right to update and access this information whenever necessary. I store all data in a secure way.
I am insured by Balens, Malvern, UK who are a broker for Zurich Insurance plc. It is a condition of this (my) insurance policy that I take and retain client records. The policy wording notes:
‘The records shall be kept for at least 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given. In the case of treatment to minors, it is advisable that the records should be kept for at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18 years).'

Details of past health status (mental, emotional and / or physical)
Details of diagnosis in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine

I will use this information to provide the best possible treatment for you. I will keep it to monitor changes and improvements in your condition. I am legally required to keep this data for seven years.
I will only use this information for the purposes it was collected. I do not contact people for Marketing purposes and I will not pass on your information to a third party unless there is a legal requirement to do so. This generally applies where I feel there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
